Just wanted to post a formal thanks to Dave. We rode a bit together in "A" at VIR south. Not only is he a super guy, but he was quite helpful on the track and off, talking about what I did well and what i could improve on. I'm not sure what he does for a living, but he is a born instructor. We also discovered that we each toured New Zealand with the same group...an unlikely event as best.

Hope to see you at CMP this weekend!

Also, big kudos to NESBA for cracking down on existing rules and making a few new ones. Riding the latter part of the summer is the safest yet. Keep up the good work!

Hey Brad, it was good meeting you again. You were looking great out there on VIR South. I had a lot of fun (and a tough time) chasing you down. You were keeping a good pace.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to CMP. My next event is Barber in November. I may do something in October, we'll see.

Take care, and have fun mate!

- Dave

Yep, Dave is a great rider and a great instructor. Good on NESBA for picking him out of the A group to be a SE CR.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, Shane.

Just to clarify...I'm not a CR quite yet, they are still trying me out for it. I need one more weekend before they can finish their evaluation. I did thoroughly enjoy playing CR at VIR, though, it was a lot of fun, and I got a lot out of it. Hopefully I managed to help a few people out along the way as well.

Just to echo what everyone else said, thanks Dave! He spent a lot of time with myself and my brother-in-law both before and after my brother-in-law's lowside. I'm looking forward to CMP to continue to try and put his advise to work. Thanks again Dave. You made my first track day a good one.

How about VIR-patriot? I plan to be there both days. I'm even toying with the idea of putting the 400 back in track trim for it!

Patriot is the weekend after the GNF. I think it's unlikely I (or the bike) will be in shape to ride that weekend... :)

Hey, Dave. Shane told me you were up for CR at VIR.
You will be a great CR.
Hope you will be available to coach me next time I can get out with NESBA!

Way to go Dave! It couldn't happen to a nicer guy!

You are my personal private CR whether you know it or not. I'm going to Barber the 27th and I've watched your video from there soooo many times I could probably make it around blindfolded! LOL! I've truly never met a person that enjoys riding more than you!

:adore: :cr:
