Defecting from the dirty souf to the MA region, baby!

Yeah, that's right, far, far away from the most numerous trackland of the southeast, to the fruit filled lands of the north (dorkspeak: I've relocated to Pittsburgh, PA). da Beav - bring it on... Nelson Ledges, twas named after my forefathers, Mid-O - a scant hour from my mothers birthplace (and my collegedays playgrounds)... good Lord I don't know how long it's been to ride an unfamiliar track.

Accept me beotches, because my flame spitting SV knows no friends in the corners :beers:

Beers on me!

Steve
PS: I'm getting a vanity plate for my car "SE214LYF"

PPS: I'm going to miss RRR and JGP :(

So I guess you got it started again. I thought the gas would have turned by now. :haha:

Glad you are back. I am going to race the Beave at the end of August with WERA, you should come out and cheer on us SE guys as we travel up to Yankee land, or better yet come and race.

Yeah no sh!t.

So I do wheelies on my mtn bike all around the neighborhood, ya know? Like that is what I do.. come home from work, whip out the mountain bike, and do wheelies. Impress the preteens and scare the mommies, teach some bad manners, general hooligan stuff around the ol' subdivision, ya know? So I had to jump start the SV, get 'er fire up, warmed up, disregard the smoke coming from some errantly routed wire near the rear cylinder, and do a couple laps around the 'hood to test the fuel mapping (it's before the soccer moms come home from soccer practice and the dads come home from an hour in rush hour). Proper engineer stuff, right?

So I'm talking to my sole friend round those parts, and he hears from another neighbor about, "what's the deal about the dude who rides around doing wheelies? Is he all there? I don't know? Maybe? This same guy I spot him coming in to the 'division, I stalk him on the mtn bike as he weaves through the chicane of cars and preteens enroute to his garage, make my move, pass him on the outside into the driveway, beat him through the garagedoor, steal a beer, and am home on my porch before he knows wtf just happened.

So the answer to your questions are yes, it runs though it may be sprung a tad high in the rear, and yes, it runs, but by now the battery is now deader than my grandma, but at still it looks good sitting there.

No racing for a while. I do have a golfcart at work though (it's governed at 10 mph). A co worker got a little spooked this afternoon when I late braked him going into the melt shop garage.

You can take me off the track, but you can't take the track off me!
