I've mentioned it before, but this is going to be my first trackday and I'm about 2 hours away from the track and I really don't want to get up in the middle of the morning to drive there.
I'm looking to rent a hotel room the night before and was quoted at $63.75 at the Economy Inn. I know this may sound a little wierd, but I wanted to know if anyone else that was going to be traveling a distance wanted to split the cost of the room.
I'm probably going to rent the room regardless, but I wouldn't mind saving $30.

For $85 I think, you can get a room, garage and power at the track for a trackday. Go to http://www.njmotorsportspark.com/vip.html This is worth every penny. Get there early and hangout the night before and then wake up at the track. It is the most cheap and convenient way to do a trackday at Thunderbolt.

85 is only for the ROOM. its another 50 for the garage. and you can get the separate if you only need one of the other. the rooms are really nice actually, and it comes in handy to roll out of bed into the paddock

btw, i just called to reserve a room. they are booked for the night of may 31st into june 1st. fuck.

don't kno if this will be any use to u but i know that area and the closer u get to millville, the more $ its gonna be.
a good way to search for something not as close would be to start in Pitman nj and google map south from there along rt 55. its an easy haul in the am. figure only about 35-40 mins from pitman, less as u get closer.

Anyone who is renting a garage let me know if I could share some space... I will be happy to chip in for the fee....

Thanks for that! The lady at the hotel said the $63 was discounted price for ppl riding the track, but I will definitely look into it..

Huh? There's a few to select from, I have no idea how much you want to spend a night, etc.. A good place to start is to go to the NJ Motorsports Park website. www.njmotorsportspark.com
At the bottom of the home page, click on the link "accomodations" and there will be a list of some of the area motels. That should get you started.

they are scared they dont know what might happen to them during the night you know those things that go bump in the night just joking was going to ride but got hurt 2 weeks ago still not 100% so was going to come down on sunday night still up in the air still sore and stitches almost gone dont want to press my luck if i come down looking forward to seeing you
