Please clarify your question.

Is it safe? Has it been thoroughly tested or is that what NESBA members are for? Have there been engine failures due to this product? Why should I use it?

Johnboy,

BioWeapon is safe and has been thoroughly tested. There have been no engine failures caused by BioWeapon. NESBA members are not being used to test our fuel, but rather our market. Why use BioWeapon could be for any of the following reasons.

More Power
Lower Cost
Lower Operating Temperatures
Less Environmental Impact
Convenience of Trackside Fuel station Delivery
Support of NESBA CCS WERA

I will also add that pump gas is seasonally blended and may contain ethanol as well as other contaminants. The quality control aspect of BioWeapon guarantees consistency and purity every gallon.

Any additional information can be found in this thread and many others. Try searching for BioWeapon fuel in Google. There is a great deal of information out there about BWFuel and what we are doing within this sport. (Far too much to recap in a single post) The new version of BWFuel.com will be up later this week. We have re designed the layout and added a faq section derived solely from all of the Q&A from forums.

Here are a few other BioWeapon Discussion threads...

Two more questions. Does the fumes smell like chicken grease? Will you be selling by the gallon at Nesba events? Is so, how much?

BioWeapon smells like grilled chicken in the exhaust and like gasoline in the tank. BioWeapon is sold in 15 gallon drums or 55 gallon drums only now. We avoid per gallon sales because they involve using a dispensing pump. These pumps tend to pollute fuel with metal and rubber particles from the pump veins and housing.

Actually, I was asking if you could fill my 5 gallon jug at the track?

You can definitely smell the chicken. I tried out a tank at RA in December and you could tell which bikes were running it on the track. I didn't think it was any worse then race or aviation fuel though. Actually, if you've ever been to a small airport and smelled 100LL and got pumped to go flying from it, I thought it was kind of like that.

BWFuel is happy to announce that the new BWFuel.com is now up and running. We would like to thank everyone on the forums for their feedback and questions. We used our interaction from these forums to redesign our layout and added a faq containing information that was requested by those of you who posted. We hope that our new website will be well received and informative enough to satisfy the scrutiny of the riders who we intend to furnish fuel. It has been a long haul to get established before the season opened up, but we are here and ready to serve. Thank you all once again, and we can’t wait to see you on the track.
