Default NJMP Turn Numbers

Either I totally zoned during the riders meeting, or it was skipped, but what are the turn numbers for NJMP Thunderbolt.

Trying to talk to the CR's and others about how to approach certain turns is difficult when alls I can say is, "the right-left before the quick right"

Is the chicane counted as 1 turn? what about the carosel??

thanks!

Ten turns right?

T1/T2 Both rights.
T3 Chicane
T4 right after wheelie hill
T5 Left
T6 Right
T7 LONG right
T8 carousel
T9 uphill after that
T10 entrance to straight

Right Guys?

Wouldn't there be two after the carousel? 9 right 10 left? making the entrance to the straight T11?

on the map in the riders' meeting, they label the bend after T6 as T7.

People who have ridden there before told me the long, decreasing radius right-hander is referred to as "the octopus." I don't know if that's because it's turn 8, or because it looks like an octopus head on the map :-P

either way, at that point, I would lose track of how many turns that would be. I say "the octopus," then call the long left "the carousel" (every track has one), and the rest 'the esses' or 'the final turn.'

Numbers aren't important as long as they get what you're talking about - but I share your confusion at T-Bolt
